Shipping Policy

Delivery

1.       We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

2.       For day-time orders, we provide same day dispatch.

3.       Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents USPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / Speed Post etc. will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

4.       To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

5.       Closed on Saturdays and Sundays for most of the countries so delivery will be late. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normally off days. Sometimes we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also, without any extra cost on case to case basis.

6.       Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

7.       Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

 

When I can cancel my order?

1) You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched from our ware house. Generally all order placed before 1pm Indian standard time zone are dispatched on same day.

2) Before requesting to cancel your order, you have to make sure it’s not dispatched from our warehouse. To enquire regarding dispatch, please contact our customer support team via email info@sareeunder500.com alternatively you can drop an whatsapp message  to get your order status.

 

 

When can Saree Under 500 cancel my order?

1) Your order my get cancel by our team, if we find transaction details are not matching along with your order details. For example: You placed by using your friend credit card or any another credit card which don’t belong to you then our team might ask for authorization and at any point you don’t quality authorization test then Saree Under 500 reserve the right can your order.

2)We have multiple customer’s shopping online on our website. In some rare case multiple order are placed for an individual product and its possible we may ran out of stock. In such case our team will suggest you alternate product and if you don’t agree then Saree Under 500 may cancel your order and you will eligible for full refund.

3) Saree Under 500 do not deliver product to Po Box address. Order’s having Po box address will be cancelled and customer have to bear cancellation charges.

4) Saree Under 500 may cancel your order, if we find the provided delivery address is incorrect and customer is not reachable for address correction by any mode of communication

5) Saree Under 500 reserves the right to cancel any order and process refund.

 

Return Policy:

 

1) If you receive a product with damage packaging, kindly don’t accept the parcel.

2) After receiving the product its advised to make an unboxing video. In case there is damage in the product, our team may ask for unboxing video.

3) Once you have received the product you are eligible to return in next 2 days. No return request would be accepted after 2 days of date of delivery. (For Limited Iteams)

4)Return shipment cost should be paid by customer

5) No Return would be accepted on customized products.

6) Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.

7) Before returning product please contact customer service. Customer service team will guide with return or help you understand the product.

8) No return would be accepted with return ID mentioned on parcel. Before returning, please contact customer service and please write return id.

9) Saree Under 500 reserves the right to refuse return request, if the team finds reason of return is not appropriate

10) Before making return request, please be helpful to our customer by answer following question.

  1. A) Order ID

  2. B) Product Code

  3. D) Photos for product that would like to return

  4. E) Legitimate reason for returning product

  

11) No return on exchange and discounted product will be accepted

12) Returns will be accepted with proper packaging and tags will be entertained for a return. We would be thankful if you can return the order in the original packaging.

13) Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a 'Free Shipping promotion', standard shipment charges paid from our end will be deducted from the refund amount back to you.

14) Do NOT return any item(s) without prior confirmation from a member of our team. If your return has not been approved by a team member, we reserve all rights to deny your return and your package will be returned back to you at your own cost. 

15) Just as it is our responsibility to assure that your order reaches you, it is your responsibility to make sure that your return reaches us. For this reason, we ask that tracking information be provided for ALL returns so both sides may keep track on the progress of the return. Please note that we are NOT liable for any courier misdeliveries, courier delays, or customs delays incurred by your chosen courier in delivering your return back to us. 

 

How do I return a mismatch order?

1) If you have received an order with manufacturing defect or something else other your desired product on website. Kindly contact customer service and get return id.  

Refund Policy  

When will I get I refund?

1) Once your return is accepted by our customer service team and it reaches to our warehouse then money will be refunded to your bank your account. Please note once refund is processed it might take 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
